This Package Begins 60 Days Prior to Your Wedding!
This service is for the couple who is on top of it and wants to be involved in the planning process; however, they understand the necessity of handing off the reigns leading up to the wedding day. It is our job to handle all the minuscule tasks before and during your celebration. You should not have to worry about when the cake arrives, when to announce toasts, and if the décor you have spent months working on is displayed properly. That is our job! This allows you to have peace of mind, hit the dance floor, and enjoy a glass of bubbly with your loved ones!

Pre-Wedding
• Detailed initial planning meeting to get to know you and your wedding day vision
• Unlimited emails and phone calls
• Weekly planning phone meetings with your lead wedding planner
• Unlimited vendor recommendations
• Pre-wedding walkthrough of venue to discuss placement of décor, tables, vendors, etc.
• Communicate with ceremony and reception on-site staff about venue guidelines
• Exclusive use of our personalized online planning program called Aisle Planner- which includes layout and seating, guest list management, wedding checklists, budget management, notes and more!
• Detailed layout of your wedding venue
• Creation and management of your minute-by-minute wedding day timeline
• Primary contact for all wedding vendors (30 days prior to wedding)
• Review of all vendor contracts and confirm all details with vendors
• Email distribution of the wedding timeline to all of your vendors
• Coordination of the rehearsal ceremony (1 hour)



Wedding Day
• Coordination and management of entire wedding day (up to eight hours)
• Setup, styling and cleanup of décor
• Serve as your wedding day “go-to” person to answer any questions from guests and vendors

• Assist the Bride and the Bridesmaids during hair, makeup and dressing
• Direct ceremony, line up the wedding party, cue musicians with song selections, and
cue each wedding party member when it’s their turn to make their way down the aisle
• Assist MC/DJ to make sure announcements are made on time - this includes but is not
limited to the grand entrance into the reception, the first dance, parent dances, toasts,
cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, etc.
• Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors
• Deliver wedding cards and gifts to the bridal suite or to the designated family member

​This  Package  Begins  6  Months  Prior  to  Your  Wedding! 
This service is for the couple who wants assistance in developing a theme and bringing to life a vision for your wedding day. We begin by getting to know you, tracking your priorities, building a dream team of vendors, and piecing together all the design details. From the ceremony to the reception, every element of your wedding should tell your love story. If you have a rough idea of what you want but can't seem to put your finger on where to begin, we can help bring your vision to life or we can create a design from scratch.

• Weekly planning meetings and up to four in-person meetings to discuss all planning and design elements for your wedding
• Unlimited vendor recommendations- The Ariel Ashton Events team will provide you with a custom vendor list based on your wedding vision and personal investment level
• Scheduling of initial consultation meetings for the Client and prospective wedding vendors
• Contact rental companies to check availability and current pricing
• Assistance with budget allocation
• Review of all vendor contracts (booked and pending)
• Communicate with ceremony and reception on-site staff about venue guidelines
• Exclusive use of our personalized online planning program called Aisle Planner - which includes layout and seating, guest list management, wedding checklists, budget management, notes and more!

Design

• Assistance in the creation of a wedding moodboard
• Assistance with establishing color combinations, theme and design concepts
• Assistance with sourcing and creating custom wedding décor
• Custom detailed wedding décor design-plan
• Digital tablescape and floral mock-up for your guest tables and sweetheart table
• Floorplan detailing the layout of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
• Assistance with selecting a wedding stationery suite for save the dates, invitations, and enclosure cards
Final Details + Wedding Day
• Email distribution of the wedding timeline to all of your vendors
• Comprehensive coordination of the rehearsal ceremony (1 hour)
• Coordination and management of the entire wedding day (up to ten hours)

This package begins at the beginning stages of planning! On your special day, nothing is more important than knowing every detail will be taken care of by your personal wedding planner. This package is for the couple that wants to walk side-by-side a wedding professional throughout the ENTIRE planning process. Whether you don't have the time to plan a wedding or you simply want someone to bounce all your fun ideas off, this package is built to help you research, coordinate, and design every little detail of your wedding!

Communication
​• Detailed initial planning meeting to get to know you and your wedding vision
• Priority emails and phone calls (after all, we are your new wedding best friend)
• The planning process begins with bi-weekly meetings either over the phone or on a video call via Google Meet.
We will discuss your wedding budget, wedding venues, and 
possible vendors chosen for you by the Ariel Ashton Events team, that align with your wedding vision and personal investment level
• Scheduling of venue tours and initial consultation meetings for the Client and prospective wedding vendors
• Once you have booked your wedding venue(s) and most of your key wedding vendors, we will begin to have weekly over-the-phone planning meetings, and up to eight in-person meetings, which typically include any of the following:
    1. Pre-wedding walk-through of the ceremony and reception venue(s)
    2. Vendor Meetings
    3. Detailed design planning meetings to discuss color combinations, theme, & design      concepts
    4. Tasting Meetings (catering and cake)
    5. Detailed décor meetings
    6. Guest and sweetheart tablescape + floral mockup
    7. Wedding timeline and logistics
    8. Final venue walk-through(s)
• Primary point of contract for all secured vendors and venue(s) throughout the planning process


Logistics

• Assistance with budget allocation
• Contact rental companies to check availability and current pricing
• Coordination and scheduling of a ceremony and reception venue walk-through
• Review of all vendor contracts (booked and pending)
• Assistance in securing all of your desired wedding vendors
• Communicate with ceremony and reception on-site staff about venue guidelines
• Exclusive use of our personalized online planning program called Aisle Planner - which includes layout and seating, guest list management, wedding checklists, budget management, notes and more!
• Assistance in booking hotel blocks for out of town guests

• Coordination of guest and wedding party transportation logistics

​• Assistance with the creation of a wedding moodboard, custom wedding theme, color combinations, and design elements
• Assistance in sourcing and creating custom wedding décor and signage
• Custom detailed wedding day décor design-plan
• Floorplan detailing layout of your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
• Guest and sweetheart tablescape and floral mock-up (preview how your sweetheart table or guest table will look on your wedding day)
• Assist Client with selecting their wedding stationery, which includes wedding save the dates, invitations, enclosures, menus, programs, and escort/place cards
• Assistance with the creation of wedding favors and welcome bags


Final Details
• Final ceremony and reception venue walk-through(s)
• Review all your wedding vendor contracts and confirm all details
• Email Distribution of the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors
• Comprehensive coordination of rehearsal ceremony (1.5 hours)
• Complete rehearsal dinner coordination
