Our wedding was absolutely stunning and flawlessly executed, all thanks to Ariel and her team! Throughout the entire planning process, Ariel answered all our questions, gave valuable advice, and worked with us to achieve our vision. She has a huge inventory of decor and she went the extra mile by sourcing additional items that she thought elevated the overall ambiance of our wedding. Everything came together so beautifully! Her eye for detail and creative touch turned our vision into a reality, and we couldn't have been happier with the results! She worked extensively with us to create a timeline that worked for us and all our vendors, resolving any issues and open questions that cropped up along the way. On the night of our wedding our shuttle ended up not arriving, and Ariel and her team handled it immediately and even secured a refund for us. We genuinely believe that we wouldn't have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without Ariel and her team by our side!

I could not have survived wedding planning without Ariel! I had a few coordinators on my list that I planned to speak to, but after my initial call with Ariel, I knew I wanted to work with her. I booked her for the 60-day package, but the work began well in advance. It was quite the journey from when I began working with her. Many obstacles came up which were beyond her control, but she stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of. Leading up to the wedding, she joined me on vendor calls and helped me craft my timeline. She also gives access to Aisle Planner and I loved how organized that made everything! It made doing the seating chart so much less stressful. Ariel is SO knowledgeable. She literally thought of everything and I entered my wedding day feeling completely prepared. She helped run our rehearsal and made sure running went smoothly and everyone knew where to be. I was able to just enjoy my day without stressing about anything. The other thing I will say is that renting decor and other items through Ariel was a lifesaver! It was so convenient to do it all through her plus I saved a bunch of money on items than if I were to purchase them. I really loved working with Ariel and couldn’t recommend her more!

Ariel and her team are beyond amazing and honestly magicians. We had a backyard wedding and it rained during our ceremony that we were hoping to have in a different spot, uncovered in the backyard. Ariel had already planned a back up plan and that involved moving many tables and chairs in a short period of time. They then moved everything back after cocktail hour so the tent was perfect. She also set us up with the tent vendor as well as a portable bathroom (which was one of the nicest bathrooms!). Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable and it helps that she has basically a whole decor warehouse. She listened to our vision, found decor that would match and set it up beautiful (special shout out to the champagne cart). Ariel and her team have ear pieces on the day and it really does feel like they are the secret service making sure your day goes perfectly - and it totally did! I didn't worry about a thing on the day and was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding because her and her team were so on it. There were a few issues that arose with other vendors and they handled it so well, I didn't even realize it until after the fact. Ariel and her team, especially Rebecca, are absolutely fantastic!!
